Zoomie uses Social Psychological Theory
Zoomie had just started a new job at Microsoft with the Kinect Usability Team. His new role was to assist another employee, named Sammy, with game testing to help alleviate some of the workload. As a research moderator he was tasked with ensuring the lab, recruiting, royalties, meals, equipment and surveys are all ready for the studies. He also moderated during studies to capture the participant's experience during the research.

Since this was Zoomie's first job he was working extra hard to show that he was capable of handling the workload. But Zoomie was unaware that his coworker was feeling threatened by the extra work he was doing. Somehow during the studies, the lack of coordination (along with some motivational issues on Sammy's end) was resulting in process loss.
