Zoomie uses Social Psychological Theory
When management brought a new member to the team their intentions were to increase productivity and motivate the current employer with some additional help, but this had not been the case. As it turns out, Zoomie’s extra efforts were causing his co-worker Sammy to slack off from some tasks he would otherwise be doing.

Fortunately, Zoomie remembered reading about social loafing during a class he took at in the HCDE department, and recalled some key theory figures such as John Law, Jonathan Grudin, Sherry Turkle and Susanne Bodker that focus on these areas of Social Psychological Theories applied to HCI, such as CSCW. Using that knowledge, Zoomie was determined to find a way to correct the issue. He remembered some amazing examples from Professor Zachry, something about a brick-layers, along with some other information from the major figure presentations while in school.
