Armed with this powerful theory-based information, Zoomie took matters into his hands to help create a positive environment for both himself and Sammy.

Moving forward he made sure to be more considerate of Sammy, encourage Sammy to make sure he knew he was an important team member, and improved coordination on tasks that affected both of them. This created a less hostile environment and not only motivated Sammy and made him feel useful again, but also took some pressure off of Zoomie since he was not picking up Sammy's slack anymore!
